As the temperature drops in most parts of the country were lucky enough to still be able to nip down to the beach & grab a few shots with these stunning girls from Que Models, Cate Collins & Rose Dickinson.
Hair & Make-Up by Magnolia (@hairandmakeupbymagnolia).
Leanne wears one piece from Tigerlily Swimwear.
"This is my favourite swimwear piece, by Tigerlily. I love the prints and how flattering yet cool the one piece is and that I can just throw it on and go surfing. (Or pretend to surf, anyway!) It’s my go to when running around Byron and want to hit the ocean in between coffee and work."
Georgia wears slip by Roxy & playsuit by Spell.
"The playsuit I love it because it's not too casual but not too formal, it's just a perfect for a summer day, and you can dress it up or down!
The slip from Roxy I love that because it reminds me of summer, gives me the image of riding my bike to the beach on a hot day."
A few moments spent with the stunning Evelina from Mt Wanganui on the North Island of New Zealand. There is always a sense of fire within the kiwi girls & it is a pleasure to shoot with that energy in the room!
"I just came from a very cold winter so I love getting into my new white bikini because it represents a great Aussie summer for me and it compliments my skin tone, it’s by Kaiami from Beachworks. I have 4 different pieces and I interchange them depending on whether I’m just hanging out or body bashing".
Fresh into the country I got to spend a some time with the stunning Ellen Koivisto from Chic Management.
"My favourite bikini is this little white one by Ark Swimwear.
I love the way the light colour contrasts against my skin, reminding me of my Maori roots and ancestry.
I love pulling the bottoms up over my hip bones, so I feel like an 80's beach babe.
I love that this bikini has lasted a very long time, enduring at least three years of countless days of wear and tear through salt, sun, sand, sea and sweat, and it still holds up well :)
Simple and reliable.
This bikini makes me feel comfortable, which I think is so important when it comes to body confidence and being comfortable (and proud!) in our own skin. Beauty is shown through diversity and uniqueness, so why don't we all embrace our differences a little more? Just because the general media may mainly project images of a single particular body type does not mean that it is any more beautiful or desirable than any other body type.
Everyone can try to be someone else, but only you can truly be yourself, so be proud, be confident & be comfortable as your own unique self."
